Red Rooster Catering

•A new option will now appear on the right hand side of the Site Administration Control Panel for Association Level Websites

•Clicking on this link will open up a PDF of Red Rooster’s Catering Form which can be printed and taken into a Red Rooster store

Red Rooster Mapping• Where maps of venues exist

on your website the nearest Red Rooster restaurant will be highlighted. The map may need to be zoomed out to see the nearest restaurant

• To make maps visible on your Websites an address and suburb must be entered into the Venue Information in Sportzware Central. For more information go to www.support.sportingpulse.com

Red Rooster MVP Award• The Red Rooster MVP

Award is an offline award that is printed out by the club or team administrator and handed to the recipient at the conclusion of the game

• To access click on the new Trophy Room icon in the Site Administration Control Panel

• Click on the Red Rooster MVP Award icon

Red Rooster MVP Award• Click on Create New

Award• If you wish to edit an

existing award then click on the Edit button associated with the award you wish to change

• To print an award, click on the Print link associated with the Award you wish to print

the Create screen then you will be asked to enter the relevant details of the and any comments about why the receipient was selected for the award".

• The MVP Award will then allow the user to claim the indicated product from any Red Rooster restaurant by presenting it in-store

Red Rooster Honour Board

The Red Rooster Honour Board allows Clubs and Teams to display their members' achievements and performances. It includes the ability to display:

• Life Members• Premiership Teams• Office Bearers

• Click on the Red Rooster Honour Board icon

Red Rooster Honour Board• To create a new entry click

on the type of entry that you wish to add and then enter the details as required

• To edit an existing entry click on the Edit button that is associated with the entry you wish to modify

• To remove an entry completely click on the Delete button that is associated with the entry you wish to remove.

• A full list of all MVP winners are then displayed in the Red Rooster Trophy Room

• This page is visible to all visitors of the website as it is a “front end” feature

• When a specific MVP award is clicked on the full award details are displayed including why it was awarded to this person.

• Visitors can then click through to the Honour Board and Photo Gallery

• The Photo Gallery is not branded with Red Rooster to ensure no sponsor clashes

• This section must be made active in the Content Manager by right clicking on the Trophy Room section and selecting Active
