REAL Trends uses MassMailer with their clients to send unlimited mass emails

Problem

REAL Trends is a Real Estate consulting and communications company. Many of REAL Trends’ customers use Salesforce and have a need to send large amounts of mass email. They were running into mass email limits, and were forced to send mass email in small batches to avoid the batch limits.

Solution

REAL Trends installed and setup the MassMailer app for their clients. MassMailer is an appexchange app developed by Mansa Systems that eliminates email limitations on the Salesforce platform.

REAL Trends’ customers now send mass email without any limitations, saving time

Plus they have enhanced email tracking and can see opens, clicks, bounces, spam reports and unsubscribes
