Core Facility for OMICS Data Generation and Bioinformatics
We coordinate and do strategic planning in the area of high-throughput methods as well as give training in high-throughput methods and bioinformatics.
• Single point of entry for large-scale quantitative studies spanning the whole range of OMICS technologies, as well as for consulting and design of experiments
• Bioinformatics support from the conception of the experiment to the interpretation of the entire study
• A central bioinformatics core facility providing state-of-the-art data analysis
• Coordination unit and strategic planning in the area of high-throughput methods
• Training unit in handling high-throughput methods and bioinfor-matics
