My plan for next five years• Organize seminars/presentations for lectures and students about Agriculture

extension and economics and my experience in the USA.• During my study in USA I will obtain the knowledge and gain new experience,

which I will bring them with me to my homeland among with up-to-dates literature and workbooks that in a very sort time I will translate into Armenian and will inform the faculty staff, as well as students.

• I will change syllabuses and workbooks; also I with my American and Armenian colleagues will prepare the methodological instructions and leaflets from my gaining experience.

• As I visit Armenian farmers' and Water User Associations quite often, I will organize seminars and trainings for them, based of my experience of the USA.

• I will continue my research about agriculture advisory system in order to understand the economic efficiency of advice and I will calculate to income of farmers, coming only from extension activity.

My plan for next five years• I am planning to research the conflict management and leadership positions

in the sphere of efficiency of transferring Conventional agricultural to Sustainable, because in my country there is a misunderstandings of Sustainable agriculture and efficiency of use of natural and water resources.

• I am teaching at the Armenian national agrarian University, department of Agrarian Policy and Consultancy. I will organize different types of seminars and presentations about my professional experience of the USA, and I will transfer a knowledge, which I get in the USA. I will create my course plan according to USA standards, because I have found them very intensive and more professional.

• During next five years I will have a chance to analyze and compare American and Armenian actual situation and I will take all efficient and interesting technologies for innovate and implement in my country.

• As far as after my studying in the USA I will have good networking, I will try to find some grants from international programs to develop my country
