PAC SERVICE CHOOSES NEW AERODINAMICA TO IMPROVE TRIMMING SUCTION ON THREE CUTTERSPac Service, Veneto company producing cardboards for packaging, publishing, graphics, cosmetics, relies on New Aerodinamica to improve production processes for trimmingsuction on three installed cutters. The mission of the intervention required the replacementof two existing exhausting groups, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.New Aerodinamica has proposed to the client to delete the tearing fans and use only thoseplaced on board of the machine since the distance between the same machines and thenew exhausting point located outside the shed did not represent a great obstacle. The new unloading area has been designed and built outside the department, taking intoaccount the passage of heavy vehicles fit for loading and unloading. To do this it wasnecessary to provide a support structure of the piping with light of 15mt and with a heightuseful to the passage of 6.5 m high vehicles. To optimize the collection of the trimmings two exhausting groups were realized, eachincluding a by-pass commuter system to download into two press containers, so as not tostop the production even during the caissons exchange. All the new unloading area wasfinally sized to receive the trimmings of cutters, a future cutter and a line dedicated tocleaning at ground with 5 locations.
The separators receive air and material through a system of flow regulation with fan bal-ancing and inverters; the air is sucked, and the material falls by gravity inside the cais-sons without the use of rotary cells. The exchange between the caissons occurs auto-matically without having to stop the production lines, as the by-pass pendulum, equippedwith electro-pneumatic pistons, is specially designed to not have any type of blockagecaused by the passage of material. The advantages of the new system are very clear:energy savings, increase of space in the department, noise reduction, and reduction ofdust. Another aspect that New Aerodinamica integrates by default in its installations is therealization of self-supporting and independent structures to support any part of theexhausting system. Specifically for Pac Service it has been designed and built a structurethat could support the separators, the rack and almost 25sqm walkway with unique lad-der access, allowing access to the area with separators, to make checks and maintenanceand verify safely the proper operation of the diverters. To guarantee longer-lasting, struc-tures and the rack were galvanized with high class durability(H).The system can be manual or automatic managed, using a single control panel withinverter, PLC and touch-screen panel. One final aspect not to be underestimated is thatthe installation was performed without interfering with the daily production process of PacService.

Pac Service sceglieNew Aerodinamica permigliorare l’aspirazionerifili su tre taglierinePac Service, azienda veneta pro -
duttrice di cartoncini per il pac-
kaging, l’editoria, la grafica, la
co smesi, si è affidata a New
Aerodinamica per migliorare i
processi produttivi per l’aspira-
zione rifili sulle tre taglierine in -
stallate.
La mission dell’intervento ri -
chie deva la sostituzione di due
gruppi di scarico esistenti, mi -
gliorarne l’efficienza e ridurre i
consumi energetici.
New Aerodinamica ha propo-
sto al cliente di eliminare i ven-
tilatori di rilancio e utilizzare so -
la mente quelli posti a bordo
macchina poiché la distanza
tra le macchine stesse e il nuo -
vo pun to di scarico posto all’e-
sterno del capannone non rap-
presentava un grande ostacolo.
La nuova zona di scarico è
stata progettata e realizzata
all’esterno del reparto tenendo
conto del passaggio dei mezzi
pesanti atti al carico e scarico.
Per far ciò si è dovuto realizzare
una struttura di sostegno delle
tubazioni con luce di 15mt e
con un’altezza utile al passag-
gio dei mezzi di 6.5 mt.
Per ottimizzare la raccolta dei
rifili inoltre sono stati realizzati 2
gruppi di scarico, ognuno com-
prensivo di un sistema by-pass
pendolare per poter scaricare in
2 press container così da non
fermare mai la produzione an -
che durante il cambio cassoni.
Tutta la nuova zona di scarico
infine è stata dimensionata per
ricevere i rifili delle taglierine at -
tuali, una futura e una linea de -
dicata alla pulizia a terra con 5
postazioni.
I separatori ricevono aria e ma -
teriale tramite un sistema di re -
go lazione portata con ventilato-
re di bilanciamento e inverter;
l’aria viene aspirata e il ma teriale
cade per gravità all’interno dei
cassoni senza l’utilizzo di roto-
celle. Lo scambio tra i cassoni
avviene in modo automatico
sen za dover fermare le linee di
produzione, in quanto il by-
pass pendolare, dotato di pisto-
ni elettropneumatici, è stato pro-
gettato appositamente per non
aver nessun tipo di blocco cau-
sato dal passaggio di materiale.
Evidenti i vantaggi del nuo vo si -
stema: risparmio energetico,
aumento degli spazi in reparto e
riduzione del rumore e della
pre senza di polveri.
Altro aspetto che New Aero -
dinamica integra di default nelle
proprie installazioni è la realizza-
zione di strutture autoportanti e
indipendenti per sostenere tutta
la parte di scarico e nello speci-
fico per Pac Service è stata pro -
gettata e realizzata una strut tura
che potesse sostenere i sepa-
ratori, il rack e quasi 25 mq di
camminamento con sca la di
ac cesso unica, consentendo
così l’accesso alla zona separa-
tori, effettuare controlli e manu-
tenzioni e verificare il corretto
funzionamento dei deviatori in
totale sicurezza.
Al fine di una maggiore durata
nel tempo le strutture e il rack
sono state zincate con classe
durabilità elevata (H).
La gestione dell’impianto è sia
manuale che automatica, trami-
te un unico quadro di comando
con inverter, PLC e pannello
touch-screen.
Infine un ultimo aspetto da non
sottovalutare è che l’intervento
è stato eseguito senza interferi-
re con i quotidiani processi pro-
duttivi di Pac Service.
