It is with great privilege that we welcome you to our Startup Pavilion.
Conveniently located at the heart of the exhibition hall, this exclusive lounge provides the
perfect opportunity to interact with dozens of Life-Science and Hi-Tech companies, all seeking
partnerships, investments and professional services to promote their companies.
At the same time you can profile yourself in a way that will attract partners, investors and
friends.
Arrange meetings with colleagues from around the corner and around the world
for maximizing your ROI at Israel Innovation Conference 2014!
Who is it for
The goal of the Startup Pavilion is to provide an immensely powerful, high-end platform for
maximum exposure and business development, for young, innovative startup companies.
With full support from the Office of Chief Scientist, we designed the pavilion to be accessible
and affordable for companies that are even in their earliest stages of growth.
WOW competition
Participating in the pavilion includes candidacy in our WOW competition.
Submitted companies' presentations will be reviewed by leading industry members, forming
our startup committee. The committee will select 10 companies from the Biomed and the Hi-
Tech fields, which impressed them the most.
These companies will present their presentation in front of conference participants in a
designated session and tracks which are part of the main Biomed and Hi-tech conferences
programs.
The top 3 companies from each field will be declared as winners and will be awarded!
How To Participate
1. As a first step, companies are kindly requested to submit a company presentation via:

2. The presentations will be then reviewed by our Startup Committee.
Once your company is confirmed by the committee, you'll be informed and the following terms are
applied:
Participation Tariff*: 3500 NIS
* Price is for all 3 days of exhibition with no exception.
Technical Specifications Of Participation
Branded meeting table with two chairs
Signage with company's name and logo
Electrical outlet
Company/product profile will be published in the list of exhibitors in the official
exhibition catalogue
Two (2) exhibitor badges for each company, allowing free entry to the exhibition and
networking areas
Please note:
*Space is limited and will be allotted on a 'first come first serve' basis.
**Included exhibitor badges allow free entry to the exhibition only, and do not grant access to the
professional conferences.
3. The submitted company presentation will be also evaluated as part of the WOW Factor
Competition.
4. During the event our startup committee's judges will visit the participating companies for inquiries
and impression. 10 selected companies will be selected to feature in respective conferences tracks
and sessions.
5. Out of the selected startups, 3 winning companies will be formally announced during the event,
and will receive prizes.
