Strategic Insight™ SolutionsA Strategic Insight™ solution is a system designed to provide high value information (not data) to an end user (warfighter, first responder, analyst, etc.) that allows them to take immediate action. Some characteristics of a Strategic Insight system are:

Information is delivered to the end user in real-time, no matter where they are (on a laptop, PDA, cell phone, etc.).

Information is delivered to them in such a way that they can, at a glance, understand the current situation.

The user can drill down to learn more about what has happened. The user can rapidly navigate the system with ease.

The user can go back in time to see events leading up to the current situation (temporal sliders, temporal apertures).

The user can see what is going on around them geospatially (interactive maps and images).

In some applications, the user can look into the future to see what is likely to occur (predictive analysis).

Events and actions are recorded, allowing users to conduct post mission reviews or “hot washes”.

Strategic Insight systems are designed to work when connected to the network and in standalone mode.
