GTAVM School Award Best Tech School of the Year 2016!

Recently our associates GTA VidhyaMandir School (part of the GTGROUP OF INSTITUTIONS) was credited by ICTACT TN as being the “BESTTECH SCHOOL”, a school that makes optimum use of technology to enhancethe teaching – learning experience for both students and teachers. Thishonour was conferred to GTAVM – 2nd Time in row (one of three in thecountry), competing with 1131 schools across 12 states of India.

A special word of mention is that GTAVM is utilising Chalo Software –Schools Automated (developed by Inspace) an end-to-end SchoolManagement Software for automating its operations and thus enablingtechnology advancements.

We take this opportunity to congratulate GTAVM and Team for thisachievement and wish them many more such too!

Average rating triggers immediate alert toManagers• Customer List report with mobile nos. / email ids. for the above ratings canbe sent to CRM Team• CRM Team can connect / reach out to this segment and understand theirconcern• Management can explore to fulfil genuine customer expectations andimprove upon existing Customer Services• Thank you note for the feedback given can be sent to the customers

Similar insights have been presented on other responses as well. In additionto analysing individual responses an overall analysis of the store’sperformance and ranking in terms of all the parameters (as per the questions),gives an overall picture as shown below.

Thus based on the analysis, Inspace team were able to suggest the followingway forward pointers:

Revenue generation possibilities can be discerned through deeper analyticreports derived from customer feedbacks across branches. Based on rating analysis chart, we can generate report of positive andnegative feedbacks. Sales person login and feedback collection can be planned to improvefeedback collection. With additional information such as Total store-wise Sales figures, acomparative analysis with the feedback data can be done. It could answer critical questions such as which is the highest contributorto sales or what is the bottleneck towards achieving sales targets.
