Who is NetServ?Sam Murthy Bharath- Director

Sam, heads the critical functions like strategy, finance and technology initiatives. He is based out of US

and handles that market. Sam has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology,

and has worked extensively in Australia and America apart from India.

Mukundan - Managing Director, India Operations

Mukund has over 22 years of International experience spanning various disciplines. Prior to NETSERV,

Mukund was heading the sales for Pentafour Software for East and South-East US market. He was

instrumental in establishing Pentafour's presence in Atlanta, Washington and New Jersey. Prior to

Pentafour, Mukund was with GE Medical Systems in India in various management positions for almost a

decade.

Jayashree - Chief Technology Officer

Jayashree has over 16 years of IT experience and her experience includes Project management, Program

Quality Assessment, Program Management and hands on software development. Jayashree joins us

from Oracle, where she was heading the Quality Management group for Oracle North America India

operations. Prior to Oracle, Jayashree was with HP for around 7 years, which included a stint in US and

before that with Novell and Macmet. She has extensive experience in working with Global delivery

Model and Application Management services. She has conducted many Global Blended delivery Project

Management workshops for Oracle in US and India.

Vibha Ramaswami - Software Architect

Vibha has over 16 years of IT experience, which include Architecting many IT Business Solutions using

Microsoft Technologies. Vibha has Bachelor of Engineering Degree from JCE, Mysore. She has worked

with Verifone and PSI Data Systems and has consulted many companies.


Manjula - Head - Quality and SEPG

Manjula has more than 12 years of IT experience and her expertise is in Quality Assurance and Software

Engineering Process. Prior to joining NETSERV, Manjula has worked with Novell, Macmet and SPA.

Manjula has Bachelor of Engineering Degree from JCE, Mysore.

Stephen Hicks – Manager of Business Development

Stephen has more than 4 years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of Business Development,

Sales and Recruiting. Prior to joining NetServ in 1996, Stephen developed technology solutions and

training in education for challenged students in the area of mathematics. Stephen holds a Bachelor of

Arts from Boston University and spent 12 years in the Financial Services Industry with notable firms such

as Charles Schwab, Mellon Advisors and Dreyfus Mutual Funds in New York and in Boca Raton, Fl.,

where he was consistently a top performer as a Financial Advisor.
