FLEXEON Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems are designed and manufactured for commercial and light industrial applications. Thesesystems have been engineered for capacities ranging from 500 – 40,000 gallons per day and for municipal and well water supplies.FLEXEON RO Systems come pre-assembled, are fully tested, preserved and sanitized and only require simple utility connections onceon site. AXEON HF4 Extra Low Energy Membranes 100 psi nominal operating pressure for increased system efficiency and energysavings while offering a 98.5% salt rejection.

AXEON HF5 Ultra Low Energy Membranes The first proprietary ultra low energy membrane in the industry, the HF5 offerssuperior energy savings with an ultra low operating pressure of 80 psi.

AXEON NF3 Nanofiltration Membranes 70 psi nominal operating pressure with a 40 – 50% salt rejection.

AXEON NF4 Nanofiltration Membranes 70 psi nominal operating pressure with a 80 – 90% salt rejection.

Stainless Steel Membrane Housings 304 Stainless Steel design that withstands various climate conditions andindustrial use.

Fiberglass Membrane Housings FRP construction which demonstrates higher resistance to varying feed waterconditions and chemicals.

Concentrate Recycle Allows for increased RO system efficiency by recycling back waste water intothe feed stream and increasing the system recovery.

Blending Valve Allows for a mixture of feed water into the final reverse osmosis product waterto achieve a fine-tuned product TDS.

Dual TDS Controller Allows for simultaneous monitoring of both the feed TDS and product TDS levels,helping to monitor the RO system salt rejection and membrane performance.

TDS/Conductivity Meter Allows for the monitoring of the reverse osmosis product water TDS andconductivity levels; useful in evaluating overall system performance.

Stainless Steel Booster Pump Offers a longer product lifespan and increased resistance to high TDS feedwater and corrosive materials, such as dosing chemicals and antiscalants.

S150 Computer Controller Allows for pre-treat lockout functionality, tank level input, TDS monitoring, feedflush, and features a convenient LCD display and alarm function.

Minitrol IF Computer Controller Allows for pre-treat lockout functionality, tank level input, and features aconvenient LED status display indicator for increased ease of use.

Permeate Sample Ports Allows for evaluation of individual membrane performance in an RO system andaids in system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Chemical Pump Outlet Provides an integrated power source with the RO system for connection of achemical feed pump.

Tech Note: The permeate pump uses the concentrate water by pulling a vacuum on the permeatewater, thus preventing “TDS creep” as the tank is filling and also keeps the system ata constant recovery ratio.

In addition, a uniqueflow path gives the AXEON CRO-Series Reverse Osmosis System a superior waste-to-product ratio and can reduce waterwaste by 50%. The combination of the two means more water to the tank and less water to the drain. The high flow membranealso ensures faster tank refilling.

Compact and LightweightThe AXEON CRO-Series Reverse Osmosis System has been designed to take up less space under the sink. The completesystem including the tank is approximately the same height and width of a standard system’s tank. The entire system is lessthan 14 inches in depth and can be lifted easily with one hand. The small footprint of this system makes it easier to installin cramped kitchen or bathroom cabinets.

Five Stage System with Single Cartridge DesignThe ultra-compact AXEON CRO-Series Reverse Osmosis System utilizes reverse osmosis technology and features a four stage prefilter, membrane, and postfilter design which is housed inside a single cartridge. A fifth stage post-polishing inline carbon filter is installed between the tank and faucet for even better tasting water.

The system includes a non-metallic faucet, a two gallon white storage tank, tubing, and quick connect fittings for a fast and easy installation.

Skid and Frame AssemblyMembrane systems are manufactured in a skid frame designfor ease of installation with minimum floorspace requirements.The AXEON X2 Systems are constructed of welded structuralcarbon steel tubing and finished with corrosion resistantepoxy paint coating. Stainless steel fastener hardware isstandard for corrosion resistance.

Cartridge Pre-Filtration Housing5 Micron prefiltration is standard on all systems. The filterhousing is constructed of 304 stainless steel.

System Pressure PumpStandard pressure pumps are constructed with 304 / 316stainless steel housings, as well as impeller and diffuser stageassemblies. Pumps are equipped with TEFC motors and wiredfor 230 / 460 VAC voltage, and rated for full load,continuous duty.

Membrane HousingsAll systems feature membrane housings constructed offiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with 316 stainless steelside-entry feed and concentrate ports. Standard housingshave a white polyurethane finish. ASME code-stamping isavailable on all membrane housings.

InstrumentationAll systems feature a complete instrumentation package foroptimal performance monitoring. Each of the followinginstruments are panel-mounted and pre-wired:

System ControlsOperations of the system are automatically controlled througha comprehensive microprocessor controller housed in aNEMA-4 industrial electrical enclosure. The control system alsoincludes a pre-wired motor starter, operator switches,push-buttons, and status alarm indicator lights. Standardsystems include the following isolated alarm conditions:

System Piping and ValvesAll membrane systems are completely pre-plumbed andinstallation ready. Schedule 80 PVC is standard material forall piping and valves under 75 psig operating pressure.Higher pressure piping and valves are constructed of 316stainless steel.
