Enter your home into the Carolina Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) so all Realtors in the region will know your home is available.

Send a mass email to over 3,000 area Realtors announcing that it is new on the market

Periodic ads in the Charlotte ObserverArrange for your home to be advertised on the Internet which

will provide tremendous exposurePlace a For Sale sign in your yardArrange showing appointments through Centralized Showing
