DESCRIPTION

On 3G CDMA and WCDMA, the coverage will be shrinking when there are much of subscriber on one cell (Cell Breathing). Almost on 4G LTE network,but not in coverage. We will find the SINR (Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) that will be shrinkage if the RB Load on one cell increased.
