Michael and Jeff: As you know, government accounts pay slow.  They say we must go through their "process" to be paid.  Well in the words of a former famous Credit/Collections Manager: 

  Frankly, I don't give a damn!  Pay us within terms! Just received $30,326.  This pays the May, June, July, August invoices and also covers September and October. Regards,
