WHAT IS CLOUD COMPUTING?

• Cloud computing is Internet-based computing, whereby shared resources, software and information are provided to computers and other devices on-demand, like the electricity grid. (Wikipedia}

SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE

• (SaaS, typically pronounced [sæs]) is software that is deployed over the internet. With SaaS, a provider licenses an application to customers as a service on demand, through a subscription or a “pay-as-you-go” model. {Wikipedia}
