and teams focused on projects. In AIESEC Poznarì, as an example, has actually 5 PBoXs, 3 external events and 10 coordinations. In Lublin, has 8 IGCDP PBoXs, 3

FLY (Financial Literacy for Youth) Proyect

Successful project developed in Russia and actually developed inAIESEC in Armenia with the partnership of Central Bank of Armenia.

in wich there was workshops about different topics such as

Behind the areas…• In order to improve the experience and opportunities quality that AIESEC offers to

its members, in AP developed four strong systems:

Career Coach System

Newbies have to participate in ‘The proposal competition’ where they must work in a team

with just a few resourses of the LC. If they get a good planning the team will earn an amount of moneyand it would be able to make the project come true..

Expansion Department

Area in charge of the developement andalingment of the partners with AIESEC.

PBoX

Reward & Recognition

Contact between alumni and membersas a coaching where they evaluate

together about the AIESEC career’s plan.

Reward with the %70 of the fee to theasistants to international congresses.

Behind the areas…• Inside of each functional area, there are different coordinations with specialized

teams focused on a certain project.• In AIESEC Antofagasta, in order to adquire this working way, newbies must wokr in

Multidisciplinary Teams (MTs) where each team have to choose its MTPresident and this one has the duty of guiding the MTMembers to work with the resources

Argentina - Córdoba: ’Talking time, tempo du falar, on y va’

Sessions between trainees, EPs and members to practice different languages. Each class has a person in charge of guiding the conversations (ex: making a simulation of EP’s interview).

Uruguay - Montevideo: EducAction Project:

Experience’s exchange wich last 2 months. The trainees prepare some workshops

in public schools about cultural diversity,social responsability, personal developement

and youth leadership.

Chile:‘Innova UC’

Newbies must work in team on a projectduring three weeks, with a fond provided

by the LC (U$20) and they have toearn more money in order to be sustainable.There is a VP Coach as support of each team.
