Select File First, you

must choose the file that you want to edit. To do this, you must right click the file and select GET INFO.

Options Next, click on

the OPTIONS tab.

Choose a Start Time Then you

choose a start time. By default, the start time should be 0.00. Select whatever start time suits you best, then click OK.
