Admission Criteria

Mandatory A start up company registered in HK for ≤ 2 years

At least 2 full time staff

One full time staff is a technologist owning at least 10% of

company; or the whole full time technical group owns at

least 20% of company

Applicant should not have seed funding from any company

that owns 20% of more equity, or investment from 2 or more

companies

Admission Criteria

Mandatory At least 50% of staff must be engaged in technology

related work throughout the entire incubation period

Request office size less than 1600 sq ft

Conduct core R & D in Science Park

- Technology / R & D content

- Milestones set for every 6 months after admission
