Delivered at the 2013 Counselors Academy of PRSA Spring Conference in Austin, this is a 20-slide Ignite presentation on how to make better decisions. Decision-making is tough, no matter how you look at it, but there are guidelines that can help you make fewer bad decisions and better good ones (both of which are important).

One  step  toward  a  desired  outcome.  

           

How  do  you  know  you’re  making  a  good  decision?    

You  don’t.  Good  decisions  are  always  past  tense.
