Software and Hardware

Hardware is anything you can touch. E.g. Keyboard, Mice, Monitor, Video Camera etc.

Software is applications which make the computer run. E.g. blogspot, prezie, powerpoint etc.

Hardware – Most important.

Used for research before the music video was created.

Used for research on artists in my genre.

Video Camera

Used to shoot whole music video Very useful as it was used all the time

during the construction of the music video.

Software – Most Important

BlogSpot IMOVIE Photoshop Facebook Prezi/PowerPoint

BlogSpot.

This has been the soul of my coursework.

It is used to post all my work on, so you can view it.

Very useful as it makes it easier for candidates to show examiners all coursework.

IMOVIE

Used to put together music video. Useful as I could trim clips down and

easily edit clips to make a music video.

Without it, creating a music video would be very difficult.

Photoshop

Used to create magazine advert and digipack.

Made editing very easy as tools provided helped.

Specific tasks could be done on Photoshop, which has made my overall products better.

Facebook Used to get feedback on idea of digipack Used to get audience feedback on final

products. Useful as without it, I wouldn’t no how to

improve my product and make it better, to what the audience prefer.

PowerPoint/Prezi

Used to present research done during this coursework.

Used to present my analysis of examples of products made by artists in my genre.

Used to present these evaluation questions.
