The architecture and the planning address compatibility and integration between Haitian identity and social unity and nature and culture. They expand on Jacmel’s original uniqueness : - An urban scale designed for pedestrians, bicycles and public transportations.- A sense of community organized around green spaces and community gardens to engage attraction, to stimulate local economic viability and create social interactions.- Landscapes and projects advances ecological and environmental responsibility. The architecture uses recycling materials and bioclimatic technologies.

3. BIO CLIMATIC DESIGN PROCESSING EXISTING VERNACULAR MODEL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE.
Climate is a fundamental and unchanging force which contributes to generate a regional architecture in compliance with its environment.
Beyond the use of recyclable materials, the Bio Climatic Design (high ceilings (10 feet) and naturally induced cooling cross ventilation in every room), addresses priorities existing in vernacular architecture giving to the town house a character of nobility and lightness.

The prototype of the townhouse has been developed with an architectural metal manufacturing/specialty design company.
The town house model is the ultimate development of Modular Transitional Growth expandable housing which allows compact unit to expend into town house without relocation.

The Center’s role is to gather, educate and empower the village population.

This modular system MTGH can also be configured as a medical testing center, offering laboratory and staff training rooms, as well as accommodation for students plus faculty members.
