31st January: the environment for different types of alliance

21st February: latest techniques for feasibility studies

21st March: the implications of 'the walk away position'

30th May: what tracking measures to put into place as the relationship begins and before the JV/Merger occurs

27th June: informal alliance, joint venture or merger?

25th July: how to identify, and manage, the 'risky' stakeholders

26th September: dealing with the comms around the alliance, the joint venture or the merger.

31st October: Clients choice of topic

28th November: Clients choice of topic The first run of each Webinar takes place on the relevant Friday from 3-4.30. Those which are repeated will be by arrangement to suit.

How do the Webinars work?

Check for any changes on the Website/Firm Foundations newsletter Let us know you’d like to take part at least 2 weeks before the Webinar/s. We’ll make sure the number and mix of participants are beneficial to all.

We’ll let you know the software we will be using (depending on what suits most). If we can’t fit you in on this occasion, we’ll re-arrange for you and any others in the same position. You call in to the Webinar as instructed.
