System SoftwareEvolution software is an integrated accesscontrol solution that has been designed to satisfy the complex security needs of the most demanding organisations. The Access Control Evolution application is rich in features and consists of modularsections including: User Management; Facilities Management; Personnel Management; Reports Management; andReal Time Monitoring. These modules enable the system user(s) to organise, define and manage all aspects of accesscontrol across either single or multiple sites.

Access Control HardwareThe Feedback door controller allows or denies access to a secure location, connecting directly to the network and caninterface with other systems such as fire and intruder panels and CCTV. Feedbackoffer many types of reader to suit differentcards, badges or fobs as well as biometricunits, including fingerprint and hand scanners. Many types of locks, request to exit buttons, monitors and intercoms can also be supplied to suit different doors.

Visitor ManagementEvolution’s Visitor Management module allows visitors to a site to be incorporatedinto the access control system quickly and easily. It allows you to manage temporarybadges for visitors, contractors and employees, to control and track visitormovements and establish who is on site at all times. An historical log of access details of all non-permanent pass holders to site can easily be obtained, along with images, from the reporting function that the module offers.

Gates, Barriers and TurnstilesFeedback can provide car park barriers,turnstiles, gates and perimeter fencing, from design through to installation includingall ground works and civils. Bespoke worksuch as large sliding and swing gates canalso be undertaken, all work is to the highestquality and safety standards. Feedbackgates, barriers and turnstiles can be controlled by the Evolution access controlsoftware and thus become a key part of yourtotal site security.

Lift ControlAn economic way of controlling access to different levels of a building is to look at stairwells and lifts. Feedback has experience in the control of lifts working with many lift suppliers. Whether controllingthe lift call button or individual floor access,Feedback are able to supply a solution that fits your needs and take access controlto new levels.

BiometricsIn very secure or sensitive areas, accesscontrol can be further enhanced with the useof biometric readers to be sure the persongaining entry is who they claim to be. The most common device is the verificationfingerprint reader which can be used in association with the users existing card, tag or PIN number. Alternatively users canbe identified by ‘swiping’ their finger alone.Feedback offers a range of Biometric readersincluding fingerprint and hand scanners. All biometric readers can be used alongsideconventional readers and controlled by theEvolution access control software.

Badge ProductionCreate eye catching photo ID badges for employee identification, membership cards,and security purposes with Evolutions powerful access control Badge Productionmodule. Badge templates can be linked to information and photographs maintainedin Evolution’s Personnel Management module or other external databases. Bar code printing and mag-stripe encodingare fully supported by the Evolution software. Evolution supports any Windows-compatible printer from inexpensive colourinkjets to PVC card printers with internalmag-stripe encoding modules.

CCTVFeedback has a committed team of engineers with the expertise in the design,installation and maintenance of CCTVwhether it’s integrating a single camera and monitor to a fully networked digitalrecording camera system.

System IntegrationFeedback have produced Adaptance, a dynamic interface tool that can link theEvolution access control software to almostany other system. It enables data enteredinto a separate system to automatically populate the access control software savingtime, money and mistakes. Evolution canalso link to your fire alarm panel, automaticallyopening the doors in the event of a fire andprinting a muster roll call, sending e-mailsand controlling CCTV and pager systems.

Installation and CommissioningWe will insure that all systems and components of the project are installed,tested, operated and maintained accordingto the specific access control project requirements.
