• What is EZ Wheels?– India’s 1st online directory of wheelchair accessible
places
• Value Proposition– To provide wheelchair users a list of wheelchair
accessible places – banks, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. on their android phone!
Customer needs & Solution• Information regarding local accessible places is not
easily available in developing countries such as India. • It is also difficult to find local accessible places even
on the internet.• The most popular information device that they may
have is the mobile and they carry it with them every where
• Android is one of the popular platforms among the smart phones
• Mobiles are generally used directly by the wheelchair bound person or by their care givers.
• Thus they can use EZ Wheels app on their android phones to obtain a list of wheelchair accessible places.
FEATURES – VER. 1A search option which allows users to enter a location and the app displays all the wheelchair accessible places in that location. Users can also enter a business type and receive a list of accessible businesses of that type in a city

FEATURES – VER. 2– Business Type: Allow user to also select nature of
business ie. bank, school, restaurant etc. along with selecting location
– Monthly updates: Monthly updates to database of accessible places
– Add a Business: Users can add a business which has wheelchair accessible premises and also rate the accessibility
– Local language support: Users can search & find or add a business using their local language
– Google Map support: Directions to business
SEARCH SCREEN LOGIC• User enters a location
and presses the search button. The user is taken to the display screen

RESULT DISPLAY• The app searches for the
wheelchair accessible businesses in the specified location and displays them.
• Or the app displays all the wheelchair accessible business types (pharmacy, bank etc) across all locations in a city.
MARKET SIZE• India has the second largest number of mobile
phone users in the world.– More than 850 million subscribers– 40 million have smart phones– Android has 62% market share among smart phones
• From about 9 million locomotor disabled people,– 7 million have phones. – Of this about 330,00 have smart phones– 220,000 have android phones.
COMPETITION
• We have no competition so far. However some large online yellow pages might copy us and put the app on their website.
• Though there are other apps which are a bit like EZ-Wheels, there are none in India.
• An online yellow pages company like askLaila or Sulekha might create such an app in the future.

PHASED ROLL OUT
• We will soft launch the app in Chennai in 2013-14 with population of 5 million and target population of 2000 people
• Next we will target Mumbai with a population 18 million people and target population of 4000
• In 2015-16 we will roll out in New Delhi & Bangalore to target a total of 6500 customers
