California State University, Fresno and University of New Mexico partnered with Avante and adopted a common framework to meet their ITSM maturity goals. Come learn how a shared, collaborative model can benefit the community. Learn how sharing includes customer collaboration, shared blueprints, and the app store. Learn how to collaborate on designs and coordinate changes to leverage the benefits of the Cherwell community.

Tammy Jo (TJ) Martinez is the current Director of Customer Support at the University of New Mexico Information Technologies and focuses her efforts on showing the value of the Service Desk as the face of IT.
