Approval processes can be hard coded into Engage121 to require post approval before publishing. The system keeps an archive of all comments with the original posts for auditing purposes

There are alerting capabilities for the approver & sender firstly to notify the approver that they have something to approve, and to notify the sender if approval or a response has not been given in a time period

If required after the user has created a post, the user can submit it for approval.
