Burma

That’s the place where Nick lived. But near town Rangoon attacked by the Japanese. They have plantation. Mr. Freestone, Nick’s father, is mahouts, so he training the elephants.

Nick

He is a main character. His parents are divorced, so first he lives with mom. But after he lives with father. He lives in the Hawk’s Nest. The Japanese took the Hawk’s Nest, and Nick works for a Hawk’s Nest. He try to escape there.

Mya

She is Nick’s friend. She is mahouts, and she is trying to escape the Hawk’s Nest with Nick.

Rangoon

That’s the place near to the Burma. They attacked by the Japanese.

Mr.Freestone

He is Nick’s father. Japanese took him, so Nick and Mya try to safe him.

Sonji

He’s Japanese, he is the top in the Hawk’s Nest, after they took the Hawk’s Nest.

Hawk’s Nest

It was for the guys there live, but the Japanese soldiers invade. And Nick’s father is taken prisoner.

Hannibal

This is elephant. Nick’s father gave this elephant when he was born.

Miss Pretty

This one is Mya’s elephant.

Escape

Finally, Mya and Nick notice the village turning really dangerous. So they decide to escape the village. They bring there mahouts, Hannibal, and Miss Pretty.
