How to use it• Create an account by going to: http://www-958.ibm.com/software/data/cognos/manyeyes/

(you can also just Google: “many eyes”)• Click on “upload a data set.”• Copy and paste your data (text or Excel columns) into the box provided and click

“create.”• On the next screen, click “visualize.”• Choose a visualization type. (Hint: each visualization has a “learn more” button

underneath that will give you a more detailed explanation of how to use it and when its use would be most appropriate.)

• Use the editing tools to customize your visual.• Click “publish.”• To save a copy, click “full image” at the bottom of the page, and then print, or save

the image to your computer.• Click on “share this” to email a link, share on Facebook or Twitter, or embed the

image on a blog or website.
