Open your corporate CRM system, and click the advanced find
button
Once open, choose teams in the look for field

Select the Team where you want to register and click Results
This form is a member collection of users joined in target team.
Click on the Team and then find Team Members grid then click on the
plus + button to add the user into the team member listSearch for
the user and Click Save
