About this document

This guide explains about new features added and bugs fixed in every sub-version of CMCRM released.

Not every sub-version will require you to upgrade both the CMCRM Synchronization and the CMCRM

Web extensions. Review the table below to see what parts of CMCRM you need to upgrade.

Upgrading

You are only required to performed the upgrade procedure for the updated components, if it is needed

for the version you are installing. Before you follow these procedures, unpack the latest installation files.

How to upgrade the CMCRM Web Extensions

1) Double-Click on the Setup.exe file

2) Follow the instructions for installation found in the implementation guide

How to upgrade the CMCRM Synchronization Service and Controller

1) Start CMCRM

2) Press the Stop button, to stop the synchronization service

3) Close the program

4) Click Start

5) Click Computer

6) Click Uninstall or change a program

7) Select CMCRM

8) Click Uninstall

9) Double-Click on the Setup.exe file

10) Follow the instructions for installation found in the implementation guide

How to upgrade the CMCRM Connections

This procedure is only needed when new options are added to the Add/Edit Integration Wizard and/or

the CRM Extension schemas has been extended with new attributes or entities.

1) Open the CMCRM Controller

2) Double-Click on each of your integrated organizations

3) Follow the Edit Integration Wizard, and set any new options or upgrade the CRM Schemas
