The Vision• To see this years customer annual review as an opportunity to do something amazing as opposed to a legal necessity.

• Provide a platform where our customers can share their stories, in their voices the way they want to share them.

• Create an organic microsite that stands alone as an individual project yet ties into Bromford's wider online infrastructure.

• Let the site grow and expand before eventually creating a “best of” the submissions and combining that with data and statistics in a clear, concise and visually pleasing way to create a physical customer annual review document.

Stage 1

- Find a cost effective way to create a website which is easy to use, accessible,

visually appealing and allows customers to directly upload their

content to us.

Solution

- Use a Tumblr blog branded up in our own style to manage the site. Advantages of this include;

1. High amounts of flexibility.2. Easy for customers to use.

3. Fully optimised for mobile devices.4. Links in to popular social media sites customers

are already using. e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

5. Provides an easy to use submit function as standard.

6. It’s easy for me to efficiently and effectively manage.

7. It’s very cheap.

Roadshow

- The site will only be open for two weeks.- Before this period and during it I’ll be on the road

visiting various projects and teams and finding ways to engage customers to contribute.

- The site will develop organically during this period.

After

- Once the submission period closes I will work with comms to develop a physical Customer

Annual Review based on the feedback and stories we have collected.
