XcelBids offers several types of auctions and entertainment like Strategic Auctions, Unique Lowest Bid and Unique Highest Bid. Another type of auction that XcelBids offers are Penny Auctions. They are very popular right now.

Penny auctions list items for auction starting at $0.01 with a countdown timer. Each time someone bids on the item, the item price is increased by one penny and 5-20 seconds are added to the countdown timer.

When the countdown timer reaches zero the auction ends. The last person to bid wins the opportunity to purchase the item at its auctioned price, usually a huge savings. You win if you are the last bidder and the clock reaches zero.

Please Note: To be eligible to receive the above bonuses, you must be fully qualified with 2 active customers and a minimum of 40 QV up to 100 QV. Successfully completed the compliance course and have met your minimum customer requirements as set forth by the company.

To qualify for any bonuses, commissions and incentive rewards, you must meet the following requirements each month:

You must have at least 2 active customers and a minimum of either 40 QV per month or 100 QV per month depending on your qualifications.

Note: Additional bid pack purchases do not replace the monthly qualifiers.

QV = qualifying volume 1 QV = $1

QV is generated from Retail Bid purchases by you or your personally referred retail customers.

GV = group volume 1 GV = $1

GV is generated from Retail Bid purchases by your personally referred affiliates or their personally referred retail customers.

Other:

To ensure that retail bids are being distributed to and used by customers, affiliates participating in the Xcelerator Bonus must average at least 1 customer for every 1,000 bids they have in the bonus pool.

When you refer customers to the XcelBids Auction Site and they purchase Retail Bids, we reward you with the XcelBids Retail Bonus.

This is a 20% bonus paid to you, as the referrer, on any Retail Bid Packs purchased by the Retail Customers you have referred to the E-Commerce site.

Personally referred affiliates buying Retail Bids on the XcelBids site are also included in this bonus.

You are limited to giving away a maximum of 1,000 retail bids to any 1 customer per month. If you wish to give away more bids, you are required to have more customers.

BidXcel gives you up to 4 Levels of bonuses when your personally referred affiliates purchase Retail Product Packs.

� 1st level = up to 5%

� 2nd level = up to 4%

� 3rd level = up to 3%

� 4th level = up to 3%

The percentage amount paid is determined by the pack price.

Example: If an affiliate purchases Pack #5 for $1000; a total of up to $150 is eligible for the Retail Order Bonus when bids are used.

BidXcel is a customer acquisition program and you are rewarded for your customer acquisition activities. As a thank you for helping BidXcel promote the E-Commerce site, we reward you with bonuses in our Infinite Bonus Pools.

The Xcelerator Bonus is made up of 4 infinite pools. Up to 50% of the retail customers acquired using bids on the XcelBids E-Commerce site every day are shared with affiliates through the 4 infinite pools.


Pools are based on your efforts and skills, ability to acquire customers, and to move traffic and products on the E-Commerce site.

Your efforts will determine which pool you participate in and you can always move up. To earn more and get into a higher pool, simply acquire more customers and increase your promotional efforts. Participants must also fulfill their Daily Business Promotion each day (see Definitions).

This is our way of rewarding you for promoting the E-Commerce site and increasing customer traffic to the solutions and products offered there.

Each infinite pool represents a bonus that you can earn based on your qualifications and eligibility. Your efforts determine which pool you participate in. To earn more and advance to a higher pool, acquire more customers and increase your promotional & participation efforts.

Pool Bonus Qualifications Requirements

Pool 1 15% 100 to 999 BidXcel Retail Bids or below 2 customers

Pool 2 21% 1000 to 2999 BidXcel Retail Bids 3 customers

Pool 3 28% 3000 to 4999 BidXcel Retail Bids 4 customers

Pool 4 36% 5000 BidXcel Retail Bids and above 5+ customers

You must have a minimum of 100 used bids to initially qualify and be eligible for the first bonus pool.

The system will track the total number of bids used each day and put you in the pool that you’re eligible for. As you continue to participate in the program, bids will accumulate and advance you towards the next higher pool. The longer you are in the program, the greater your chances of advancing to higher pools and earning more.

What is a Matrix?

Another component to the Xcelerator Rewards Plan is the Xcelerator Matrix. You have the opportunity to build a team and earn additional rewards and bonuses through the matrix.

Here’s how it works:

BidXcel features a 3 X 9 placed matrix. Every new affiliate becomes a part of the matrix structure when they register.

The matrix is placed, which means that affiliates have the ability to place their new members where they want them to go in their matrix. If they are not placed, new members will be “forced” into the next available position, creating a possible “spillover” effect for some existing members if new members fall underneath.

Affiliates have 14 days to move new team members out of their holding tank and place them in the matrix.

ePacks are monthly product qualifiers with valuable E-Commerce tools. There are two monthly qualifiers to choose from.

Basic ePack

20 Bids $40 per month 40 QV

Xtra ePack

50 Bids $100 per month 100 QV

Bonuses on these package sales are paid through the ePack Residual Bonus in the Xcelerator Rewards Plan. Over 50% is paid out to qualified affiliates and spread throughout each level of their matrix.

When you qualify as a Bronze Executive or above, you are eligible to earn a 10% Generational Bonus up to 5 generations deep based on your team’s promoting and participation efforts.

� Retail Bids = bids that are purchased by affiliates and retail customers to be used on the XcelBids E-Commerce solutions site. Everyone can use retail bids to enjoy the products on the online auctions provided by the site.

� Active Customers = customers who are using bids on the XcelBids E-Commerce site.

� E-Commerce Packs = ePacks are optional monthly product qualifiers with valuable E-Commerce tools. You can choose either the Basic Option at $40 or the Xtra Option at $100.

� Daily Business Promotion = part of your responsibility as a promotional partner is to market the auction site to retail customers who will go there and use bids to buy products; this includes a daily check-in with the promotional task you completed that day.

� Used Bids = retail bids that have been used on the XcelBids E-Commerce solutions site. Commissions and bonuses are paid solely based on bids used on auctions and products being moved through the E-Commerce site.

The Xcelerator Rewards Plan rewards you for selling products and services, as well as for building a team of other participants who do the same. This is an exciting opportunity with unlimited potential. Each affiliate’s results are based on many factors, including work ethic, commitment, time spent, personal skills and expertise.

All commissions, bonuses and rewards are based solely on bid sales. Affiliates must retain their qualifications and proper status, as well as customer and compliance requirements to receive weekly and monthly commissions, bonuses and rewards.
