MISSION BCPC-CDC is a non-profit

organization dedicated to promoting community development and self-sufficiency by providing educational programs, violence prevention initiatives and by creating sustainable employment and affordable housing opportunities for Baltimore City residents.

This will be accomplished through life education training conferences and seminars,

the development and implementation of Green jobs trainings and entrepreneurial coaching.

The Green economy is based on jobs that help protect the environment by reducing energy, material and water use, while at the same time reducing the amount of pollution and waste created.

Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change, CDC has 6 focus points to be carried out through the program. One focus point is to work with juvenile ex-offenders and other community members that need life and job skills training and are searching for employment. •Two community safety program “Silence The Violence” campaign•Three Green Building awareness and training “10 week Pre-construction skills course” •Four Entrepreneurial coaching program•Five Elderly home repair program• Six Housing development and financial counseling.
