• Offers powerful executive dashboards for easy graphical representation of data and trend analysis

• Is provided securely via a web browser on a Software as a Service basis

• Requires no costly IT implementation project, hardware purchases, support or maintenance.

AOM Skills:

• Are taught during initial implementation of AOM, which is usually completed in 12–16 weeks

• Cover the competencies to become an active operations manager

• Include classroom training, on and off-the-job coaching, and eLearning provided through the ‘AOM Academy’

• Enable AOM best practice to be incorporated into daily routines

• Are maintained via a sustainability programme that follows AOM implementation

• Teach managers the fundamentals of operations management using AOM practices, allowing them to complete a formal certification route with an internationally recognised awarding body.

AOM Skills equip managers with the relevant competencies and behaviours to actively manage their staff at an individual level. They allow managers to make better-informed decisions and provide a framework for effective communication and feedback.

Implementation The AOM Method, Skills and Tools are taught and embedded into your organisation as part of a 12–16 week AOM implementation programme. This programme introduces and integrates AOM into your weekly, monthly and annual planning and control processes. Your managers will attend workshops that introduce the AOM Method and will receive one-to-one training and coaching, supported by eLearning. Through our tried-and-tested AOM implementation process, your managers will gain the confidence to apply the AOM concepts and tools in their own unique environment.
