Zigor – On grid solar inverter

• The ZIGOR SOLAR TL1 inverters combine design and versatility with ease of operation.

• An outstanding feature of these inverters is their 96% efficiency without transformer.

• The ZIGOR SOLAR TL1 range stands out because of its RS-485 communications with the centralized supervision and control system and all its parameters can be configured locally (optional).

Site Condition

• Since the plant was commissioned during the construction of buildings, a lot of diesel fuel & grid power cost was saved which was beneficial for the customer.

• No battery bank – because the system is a on-grid inverter

• 3rd party SCADA system is installed at the site to monitor the daily performance of the solar PV installation & inverter performance

• The grid is stable at the site with variation of voltage from 200 – 240V AC and our inverter adapt to change in grid conditions and work accordingly.

Plant performance

• The load is continuously powered with the help of solar power that is being generated

• The current generation is around 30 - 33 Units a day (Jan,2014) which is approximately 6.6Units of electricity generation per kW (please note the DC side was oversized by 20% extra)
