• 3140 (blind) reviews were performed; every submission reviewed 6-8 times• 1st draft program selected from top 50 scoring submissions• Check, after check after check (15 of them, I think)

• Topic areas, levels, duplicate company, paths, new speakers....• Endless reshuffling of the programme• Some talks dropped out, new ones popped off the stack
