– The effectiveness of these strategies implies a coordinated
board of policies and actions, a strategic vision of the
entire system and a tight cooperation between
institutions.
– In the core of this integrated vision, two issues play a key
role:
• transport multimodality and transport inter-modality.
Keys to achieve the objectives

that did not account for the involvement off
all the stakeholders and the population, and
did not include, in the desirable way,
• Urban planning issues - Mobility issues
(and therefore failed):

Protests, failure:• Alboi neighborhood – The residents needs, the historical and
cultural heritage not considered.– Done!
• Pedestrian bridge – The city, the image, cultural vision of the city not considered.
– Stopped !
• Parking – the excess of supply near the center – lack of a scientific justification, the idea that it was mainly a business.
– Stopped!
• Bugas – Lack of infrastructure and bad connected
– Not a full working system as initially desired
