Unit aimThis unit assesses the coach’s understanding of their role in the planning, implementing, analysingand revising coaching sessions. They also will identify a range of methods of developing learning,performance and the effective management of participant behaviour.

Learning outcomesThere are five learning outcomes to this unit.
