INTRODUCTION

My main objective for the 2017/2018 season is to caddie for a European Tour player looking to take their game to the next

level and become a multiple tournament winner and looking to qualify and

perform well in the “Majors”.

FROM A VERY EARLY AGE IT HAS BEEN MY DREAM AND AMBITION TO COMPETE on ONE OF THE WORLD’S MAJOR TOURS.

I HAVE ALWAYS PUT EVERYONE ELSE FIRST AND GIVEN WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATION OF GETTING BACK. THIS HAS BEEN TO MY DETRIMENT IN MOST INSTANCES

THIS OCTOBER 2016, I EMBARK ON MY QUEST TO FULFILL MY DREAM AND AMBITION TO PLAY ON THE CHAMPIONS TOUR in 2023 BY BECOMING A PROFESSIONAL TOUR CADDIE ON THE EUROPEAN TOUR.

My goal is simple; get myself into the best shape possible and gain experience and create support networks to play on the Champions Tour in 2023. I am a highly dedicated and driven athlete and believe a combination of my relentless work ethic, passion for the game and your generous and heartfelt support will provide me with the necessary edge to become a champion.

My primary objective is to securing the financial aid and support of friends on an investment basis, to enable me to hone my skills through caddying on the European Tour, moving onto the US PGA Tour and learning what it takes to get to number 1 in the World Rankings, by playing an important role in getting a tour player to World Number 1.

In order to do this, I have to embark on a journey of immense preparation, dedication and commitment. As you can imagine, this leaves very little time to earn additional income. This is where I believe your support and investment in me will make the difference. Financial aid will enable me to concentrate on developing my skills to the highest level without any distractions and maximising my talent and pushing my all round game and knowledge to the ultimate level.

INVESTMENT INFORMATION

RETURN ON INVESTMENTSponsorship is not only a tax deductible benefit, it is also financially rewarding. The investment opportunity enables you to take great pride in helping me fulfil my potential and provide you with a platform to earn a good return on your investment and assistance. The sponsorship contract period is 2 years with the possibility of renewing the contract for a further 2 years.

30 shares are available & each Share is worth $1000 or £750.Each share is bound by a 2 year contract commencing

from the date of signing. Investors may buy as many shares as they like. Prize Money is distributed back to investors dependent

on the number of shares purchased. Shareholders will receive a 80/20 split of the prize

money until the original investment is paid off. Once the shareholder has made 100% of their original

investment back, they will continue to receive dividends

in a 20/80 split for the contractual period. ROI on prize money will be transferred to the shareholders’

stipulated account within 7 days of the money being received. ROI applies to tournament prize money only and excludes off

course earnings.

Sufficient financial support from valued friends, on an investment basis, will enable me to move from South Africa to Europe and take up a position of professional tour caddie on the European Tour.

I am seeking investment from friends on a 2 year contract period whereby friends will buy shares in me and my earning potential. The initial investment will be repaid as quickly as possible, thereafter my friends will continue to receive dividends for the remainder of the 2 year period.

After considerable research, I have estimated that my short-term plan for the 2017/2018 season will cost approximately USD$ 15 000. An investment of this size or greater will allow me to fill a full tour schedule for the season. The mid-term plan calls for an investment of approximately USD$ 30 000 which will enable me to guarantee me 2 full seasons on the European Tour, Asian and USPGA Tours, therefore increasing the likelihood that I can enter the winners circle and get to the Major Tournaments.

CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT TO SPONSOR

WHEREAS, LEE JOHN BROMLEY (hereinafter referred to as “The Pro”) desires to pursue agolf career as a touring professional and professional tour caddie; and WHEREAS, Player is in need of financial assistance in order to pursue said career;

and WHEREAS, _____________________________________________________________________(hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”) desires to assist The Pro financially in pursuit of his career.

The Pro and Sponsor agree as follows:

1. TERM: This Contract shall commence on the date of execution and payment bySponsor of the sums hereinafter set forth and shall terminate on December 31,2018.

2. SPONSOR INVESTMENT: Sponsor agrees to invest the total amount of

___________________ Dollars ($____________) which, upon payment, entitle Sponsor to

__________ units of sponsorship at One Thousand United States Dollars (USD$1000.00) per unit.

3. ENTITLEMENT TO SPONSOR: Upon acquisition of shares, Sponsor shall:A. Be entitled to repayment only as set out hereinafter in numbered paragraph 7.B. Shall only be entitled to the tournament prize earnings of the Pro through the 31st day of December, 2012.C. Not own nor have any future claims, rights or other interest in The Pro, except as herein set forth.

4. OCCUPATION OF The Pro: The Pro agrees:A. To pursue a full-time career as a professional golfer and professional tour caddie through December 31,2018.B. Enter and participate in such tournaments as The Pro, in his sole discretion, deems

appropriate, either as a player or professional tour caddie for a professional tour player.

5. SPONSORSHIP MONEY: The Pro agrees in regard to sponsorship money as follows:A. The Pro will pay solely his expenses associated with professional golf tournaments. Said expenses shall consist of the following:

i) Travel expenses, including but not limited to, automobile, fuel, insurance and upkeep, airline tickets, and charges;ii) Registration fees for tournament and yardage books and equipment;iii) Lodging;iv) Per diem meals and out-of-pocket expenses;v) All golf expenses, including range balls, fees for practice rounds, entry fees;vi) Any and all other expenses Player deems necessary in order to pursue his career,

including but not limited to golf equipment and balls, clothing, shoes, etc;

vii) Living and family expenses including bills if necessary.

6. TOURNAMENT WINNINGS: The Pro shall:A. Ensure Tournament winnings will be distributed pursuant to paragraph 7.

7. DISTRIBUTION OF PLAYERS’ WINNINGS: The Pro’s winnings shall be allocated fordistribution as follows:

A. The Sponsor shall receive 80% of the The Pro’s winnings distributed pro rata until they reach the amount of their initial investment, with 20 % of winnings distributed to The Pro up to the total sponsorship investment amount.B. Upon returning 100% of the original investment capital, the sharing arrangement will be 80% to The Pro and 20% to the Sponsor.

8. REPORT TO SPONSOR: Sponsor will be provided no less than a quarterly report toThe Pro’s progress.

9. ENDORSEMENT OR CONTRACT MONEY: This Agreement does not include, norshall Sponsor be entitled to any claim, interest or benefit in any endorsementcontract, agreement, or other arrangement The Pro may enter into that providesincome or benefits to The Pro. The Pro reserves the right, in his sole discretion, toenter into such endorsement contracts, agreements, or other arrangements as hedeems appropriate.

10. MISCELLANEOUS:A. Sponsor understands and agrees that The Pro shall be soliciting more than one Sponsorship Agreement. That it is The Pro’s intent to raise through these Sponsorship Agreements approximately USD$30,000.00.B. This Sponsorship Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2018.C. This Agreement supersedes and specifically terminates any previous agreements between Sponsor and The Pro.
