Crunch with resistance band

Lie down on floor with a resistance band in hand (each hand clutching a handle). The band must be fastened with a stable support behind the head at a low level.

Step 2: The hands must be directed towards the roof slightly tensioning the band.

Step 3: Now perform crunch moves while moving your hands close to knees. Once the hands touch the knees get back to the initial position.

Touch your heels

For performing this exercise you have to use the band in the same manner as explained above. This is just a minor modification to the arrangement.

Step 1: Instead of hands stretching out, bring them to your side. The heels have to be closer to the thighs.

Step 2: Keep your head raised and try to touch your right heel with the right hand by bending sideways. The same move has to be done with the other hand.
