Mandatory Packet Pick UpNo Race Day Bib Pick Up

Saturday, March 24, 20129:00 am - 5:00 pm

Oakland Convention CenterMarriott City Center1001 BroadwayOakland, California 94607

STEP ONE:  Enter the Marriott Oakland City Center from 10th Street. "

STEP TWO:  You MUST pick up your e-registration email from the RBO table. If you do not do this, you will not be able to get your bib! You can also get your RBO shirt and water bottle here.

STEP THREE:Proceed into the hall to the Race Bib Pick-Up area.  Here you will receive your race bib with a “B-Tag” timing respondor pre-attached.  BEFORE YOU LEAVE STEP 3, VERIFY THAT YOUR RACE NUMBER MATCHES THE NUMBER ON YOUR PRINT OUT.  

STEP FOUR:   There will be a separate ORF Shirt Pick-Up station for each race.  You must present your e-registration AND race bib to receive your shirt.

Race Bibs

When you pick up your race bib, it will contain your B-Tag timing device.  DO NOT REMOVE IT FROM THE RACE BIB.  It is designed to stay on your bib for the race and you risk not having your time recorded if it is removed. You must show your race bib at the start to enter your proper starting area.You must wear your race bib on the front of your body throughout the race.Marathoners & Relay runners are asked to wear their race designation bibs on their backs.  These will be provided at packet pick up.  Your race bib must be visible throughout the race so the official course photographers can identify you.Your race bib is also a ticket to all race activities! Please have your race bib with you at all times to assure proper access.Do not exchange or transfer your bib to someone else.  Doing so may result in disqualification of both runners this year and in the future.In order to help our Medical Team work more efficiently, please fill out the medical history information on the back of your race bib.
