It is true, that love to sport and understanding the necessity of physical exercises we get at school. We’d like to tell about our teacher of PE Ekaterina Antonovna Titova, who fully realizes the importance of physical education. Our school 305 is a keen sporting school, very successful at a number of sports such as gymnastics, football, aerobics. Our teacher says:”If you want to be healthy, strong and beautiful, you should go in for sports.” And in some form or another sport is an important part of our daily life. Our school has a playing field and a gymnasium, we attend swimming pool.

Thanks to our teacher’s efforts we enjoy every possible form of exercise and fitness training. A lot of pupils make quick progress in gymnastics, aerobics and football. Sports and games give us rest and help us to feel refreshed after hard day of studies. Ekaterina Antonovna is a good example for all of us. She is a deputy of Deputy’s Council of Altufjevo region. She is a prize-winner of the contest “The Best Teacher “ (2008, 2010). She has a heart of gold, she loves her pupils very much. For all her pupils sport is a pleasure, a right way of keeping fit and a good example of a true rivalry.
