Aims of the Project.
To develop strong links between the two communities
• For the two communities to learn more about each other
• For Soroptimists to be positive role models for the mothers
March 2011
• Contact made with the head teacher at Eastwood school to see if the project was viable.
• Liaison with Zaibun Khan community outreach worker at the school.
• First three sessions planned to begin in May.

• What do we do?
• Describing Project Punjab.
Outcomes
• Mothers were enthusiastic about the project
• Discussion about the content of future sessions
• Seen as a joint project with the ability to evolve
• Mothers decided to support a school in Pakistan
