What we doWorkshopsFor children, youth and adults focused on empowering people to move, dance, exercise, eat right and play well. These workshops include dance, jumping, tumbling, balance and basic fitness – with unique Danish all-inclusivity.
ShowsThe culmination of a visit is an inspiring, dazzling and breathtaking performance by the team. This performance can be a catalyst for action – bringing together many members of the community at a high level media event, and offering opportunities for fundraising and awareness raising.
Cultural exchangeA key element of the world tour is through mutual inspiration and dialogue to encourage international understanding of social and cultural differences. This can happen in classroom visits, social events and by staying with host families.

ImpactEvery world tour comprises approximately 20 countries, 200 workshops and 150 shows in front of an audience close to 250,000 people.
An example:In 2010 60,000 Americans experienced the dazzling Danes. Several thousand children and youth were physically active on one of the 40 workshop days, held by the team in schools, high schools, gym clubs and community centres – thus they were directly exposed to the message of healthy living.
AS a partner or sponsor you can choose from several levels of sponsorship and benefits, or we can customize a sponsorship package. National Danish Performance Team has several funding opportunities to make a visit possible in any communities. As well, multiple sponsors can work together to share in the investment.
