Prolonged sitting and working at the computer is aleading cause of tightness in the neck and shouldermuscles.Over time, these muscles will start to ache.

The mistake is ignoring these aches – thinking it ispart of normal aging or go for massages to relieve theaches.

Massages help to relieve, however the bodyinternally is still aging due to the continued sittingposture. One day, the ache will turn into pain.
