WHY I AM THE FAVORITE

GRANDCHILD

On my father’s side of the family, there are just three grandchildren, Logan (my brother), my cousin Gage, and I. That means I am the only granddaughter.

I am also the oldest of the grandchildren. I usually get to do more things and get a little more spoiled for being the only girl.

Whenever we go to visit my grandma, my brother and cousin have each other to play with since they are the same age. Since I am older though, my grandma or aunt sometimes takes me places or does extra things with me.

Also, since there are only three of us, we tend to get more things because there aren’t a lot of grandchildren to worry about. One time, my grandma came back from Vegas and gave us each $150!

In fourth grade I got to go with my grandma to Florida since I am the favorite . We stayed at Disney World and I had a lot of fun.

When my grandma comes down to our house she always has little gifts to give to me and takes me shopping. I tend to get spoiled a lot when I am with her.

Two summers ago my family went to Hawaii for my aunt to get married. I sat on the plane with my grandma and hung out with her a lot of the time. She is such a fun grandma!

For spring break this year my grandma is taking me to Colorado to see my aunt. My brother and cousin are not going because they are younger and of course, I’m the only granddaughter. Don’t forget that one.

My grandma is fun to be around also because she has cool things like an iPad and a go-kart. I am glad I am the only granddaughter because it’s fun being special.

Everyone needs to be spoiled by somebody. That is why I love being the favorite grandchild
