What CNY Means to

Christians

‘The great dragon- that ancient

serpent called the devil or

Satan who leads the whole

world astray.’ Revelation 12:9

大龍就是那古蛇、名叫魔鬼、又叫撒但、是迷惑普天下的．

‘They overcome him by the blood of

the Lamb and by the word of their

testimony’ Revelation 12:11

弟兄勝過他、是因羔羊的血、

和自己所見證的道．

Take some of the blood of the slaughtered lamb and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes.

The blood will be a sign and when God see the blood, He will pass over the house. No destructive plaque will touch them when God strike Egypt. (Exodus 12:7; 13)

各家要取點血、塗在吃羊羔的房屋左右的門框上、和門楣上。

這血要在你們所住的房屋上作記號、我一見這血、就越過你們去、我擊殺埃及地頭生的時候、災殃必不臨到你們身上滅你們。

• God created man in his own image…

God blessed them.

•神就照著自己的形像造人…

•神就賜福給他們

Blessed is the one who does not walk in

the counsel of the wicked or stand in

the way of sinners but his delight is in

the law of the Lord and on his law he

meditates day and night. He is like a

tree planted by streams of water which

yield its fruit in season and whose leaf

does not wither- whatever he does

prospers. Psalm 1: 1-3

有福的人：不從惡人的計謀，不站罪

人的道路，不坐好譏笑的人的座位。

他喜愛的是耶和華的律法，他晝夜默

誦的也是耶和華的律法

他像一棵樹，栽在溪水旁，按時結果

子，葉子總不枯乾；他所作的一切，

盡都順利。

Not so the wicked! They are like chaff

that the wind blows away. Therefore

the wicked will not stand in the

judgment, nor sinners in the assembly

of the righteous. For the Lord watches

over the righteous, but the way of the

wicked will perish. Psalm 1:3-6

惡人卻不是這樣，他們好像糠秕，

被風吹散因此，在審判的時候，

惡人必站立不住；在義人的團體中，

罪人也必這樣

因為耶和華看顧義人的道路，

惡人的道路卻必滅亡。

When he takes the throne of his kingdom,

he is to write for himself on a scroll a copy

of this law, takes from that of the priests

who are Levites. It is to be with him, and

he is to read it all the days of his life so

that he may learn to revere the Lord his

God and follow carefully all the words of

this law and these decrees. Deut.17:18-19

•他登了國位、就要將祭司利未人面前的這

律法書、為自己抄錄一本、

•存在他那裏、要平生誦讀、好學習敬畏耶

和華他的 神、謹守遵行這律法書上的一

切言語、和這些律例

Be strong and very courageous.

Be careful to obey all the law my servant

Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the

right or to the left, that you may be

successful wherever you go.

Do not let this Book of the Law depart

from your mouth; meditate on it day and

night, so that you may be careful to do

everything written in it.

Then you will be prosperous and

successful. (Joshua 1: 7-8)

只要剛強、大大壯膽、謹守遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法．

不可偏離左右、使你無論往那裏去、都可以順利。

這律法書不可離開你的口．總要晝夜思想、好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話．如此你的道路就可以亨通、凡事順利。

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this

world, but be transformed by renewing of your

mind. Then you will be able to test and approve

what God’s will is- his good, pleasing and perfect

will. Roman 12:2

不 要 效 法 这 个 世 界 。 只 要 心 意 更

新 而 变 化 ， 叫 你 们 察 验 何 为 神 的

善 良 ， 纯 全 可 喜 悦 的 旨 意 。

“I am the vine; you are the branches.

If a man remains in me and I in him,

he will bear much fruit; apart from me

you can do nothing. (John 15:5)

我是葡萄樹、你們是枝子．常在我裏面的、我也常在他裏面、這人就多結果子．

因為離了我、你們就不能作甚麼。

‘His windowing fork is in his hand, and

he will clear his threshing floor,

gathering wheat into his barn and burn

up the chaff with unquenchable fire.’

(Matthew 3:12)

他手裏拿著簸箕、要揚淨他的場、把麥子收在倉裏、把糠用不滅的火燒盡了

‘Fear God and keep His commandments, for

this is the whole duty of man. For God will

bring every deed into judgment, including

every hidden thing, whether it is good or

evil.’ Eccl. 12: 13-14

敬 畏 神 ， 谨 守 他 的 诫 命 ， 这 是 人 所 当

尽 的 本 分 。 （ 或 作 这 是 众 人 的 本 分 ）

因 为 人 所 作 的 事 ， 连 一 切 隐 藏 的 事 ，

无 论 是 善 是 恶 ， 神 都 必 审 问 。
