During the time of the birth of the son of god, wise men from the east came to welcome the messiah among the mortals. They brought lots of gifts for Jesus such as myrrh, gold and frankincense.

Following this myth, Christians prepare a native model at their homes and churches where they set up the picture of babe in the manger once again and sing carols. There they create a scene within the stable where Jesus was born per myths & they keep models of horses, Mother Mary, Joseph, The Magi, angels and so on.
