Basic meaning = ‘heavy in weight’

Greek for glory is do'-ksä transliterated as ‘doxa’

conveys a sense of brilliance or radiance

How Does God express His glory?

In creation

The heavens declare the glory of God;

the skies proclaim the work of his hands

Psalm 19:1


Through cloud

While Aaron was speaking to the whole Israelite community, they looked toward

the desert, and there was the glory of the LORD appearing in the cloud
