Knowing and understanding oneself is the first important step to one’s growth and development as a person. It is a lifelong process that goes on and on.

unconsciously.”

REAL SELF?

REAL SELF includes totality of your person: how you have been in the past, how you are now, and what dreams and aspirations you have yourself in future.

• Self-Concept- the organized set of characteristics that you have for yourself

• Self-Image- the picture that you project to others based on yourself concept

• Self-Esteem- the affective, evaluate aspect of the self– Self-efficacy- confidence in doing

something and in producing a desired result

– Self-respect- experience of dignity and personal worth
