–Because of our SINFULNESS (Rom. 3:23; Eph. 2:1; 4:8)–Because we are separated from GOD. (Isa. 59:2)–We cannot ENTER the Kingdom of God without it. (Jhn. 3:3)
The Means of Regeneration

The Manifestations of Regeneration
–It results in a new STANDARD of righteousness found in the Word of God, based on God’s WORD. (1 Jn. 2:29)–It is instantaneous; either you are DEAD or ALIVE. (Eph.2:1)
